Stayed - April 2013

This apartment could not have been more suitable and it made our
Budapest holiday perfect. Centrally located and within easy walking
distance of all forms of public transport it made Budapest such an easy
city to enjoy. There are supermarkets and restaurants close to the
apartment and the main walking street, Vaci Utca, is only one street
away. At all times we felt secure and safe, and it was very quiet with
no traffic noise.

Very nicely fitted out, Ikea-style, everything was there to prepare
meals, relax and sleep in comfort. Immaculately clean, cosy and warm in
cold weather, and light and bright with windows to every room. The PC
was so useful, a real added bonus!

Andras was kind and helpful, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay and
helping with local information and advice. Arrival and departure was
very easy and hassle-free.

I would not hesitate to stay in Petofi 1 again. Budapest is an amazing
city with so many experiences to enjoy.

pleasant apartment we stayed 2 nights in pet2 apartment. the owner was helpful on our arival. it was snazzy,modern ,warm,well equipt for cooking(if you want to ).
lovely shower. bed could be bigger/better but im fussy.more pillows...
quiet enough. convenient location for the metro(validate your ticket)we gorms didnt realise and got fined! convenient for strolls.24 hour shop nearby for water, bread etc. lots of small bars. budapest was lovely. walked across the danube to buda -very nice.we visited the flea market.was told 25 euro on the street for the taxi ride- so rang for one,it cost 13 plus tip. quite a lot of english spoken.

the apartment is perfectly situated and well heated (if you come in the winter time). due to its central location you safe a lot of time reaching your destinations and could return anytime for a break, changing your clothes or do whatsoever. there is a 7days/ 24hours open supermarket just around the corner which is very convenient too. if you are one of the species who carry even on vacation a laptop with you;-) you will appreciate the fast and free wlan connection. there´s also set up a pc though we didn´t use it. norbert had good tips where to go in the evenings/ at night and was really cool in telling us. we stayed 4 days and enjoyed it very much so.

nice and comfy stay in bak2 apartment. Fine little place, with good bathroom kitchen and bed. Plenty of space for all you cloth even if you bring a lot.
Good little supermarket just round the corner, and walking street with good eating opportunities.
Tram and metro lines also just round the corner.

Ho trovato l´appartamento molto carino, moderno, ben arredato e in ottima posizione sia per spostarsi a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. I lati negativi non erano particolarmente rilevanti, ma se proprio dovessi trovarli sono: Lo specchio del bagno e l´attaccapanni decisamente troppo alti, il computer un po´ ˝datato˝ e la porta d´ingresso poco isolante.

great and fantastic apartment in centre of BudaPest, met on arrival by a rep from the company, who gave us the lowdown & maps with highlighted bits where the bars / clubs / restaurants in town were.
Over all fantastic location, great apartment & would use these guys again for next trip to Budapest.

Nous avons été très satisfaits de l´appartement occupé 4 jours en novembre 2009: Localisation: parfait car en plein centre près du métro, mais en même temps dans une petite rue très tranquille. Nous avons pu faire la plupart de nos visites à pied même à Buda en traversant le pont des chaînes. L´appartement: très moderne, bien insonorisé, vaisselle- électroménager, cable TV, internet est parfait.On avait m^eme du café et du lait à notre arrivée. Enfin le prix est correct et le propriétaire présent à notre arrivée est très sympathique. En conclusion: le chox parfait pour passer quelques jours dans cette belle ville de Budapest.

The location of this BAK1 apartment is absolutely fantastic!!! It is just down from a large spar where you can get everything you need and a strip of bars and restaurants with a good range of food and variable prices. The apartment was not only absolutely spotless but Andrus (the gentleman who lets you in) is brilliant and incredibly helpful!He provided us with lots of information on the area the local food and drink and whats great to do and what´s a waste of time) The apartment has a good bathroom with a powerful shower and a large bedroomg lounge area even with a T.V. that has Sky we managed to watch the football and boxing for free from our room! The kitchens a little on the small side but has everything needed to create culinary masterpieces! We had an awesome time staying at this apartment and i would strongly recomend it to any of my family and friends!

Cosy apartment with great transport links
Well furnished, stylish apartment right round the corner from Deak, a major transport hub in Budapest. From there you can join all three metro lines and go anywhere in the city. There is also a 24hr convenience store and ATM a few minutes walk away. Apartment has TV, small kitchen and excellent shower. Recommended.

Das Apartement liegt mitten im Zentrum von Pest, in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Alle schönen Ecken und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen, eine Metrostation nur 3 Min. entfernt. Um die Ecke gibt es einen Supermarkt. Das Arpartement ist genau das richtige für ein Paar, das einige Tage Budapest erkunden möchte und durch die geschmackvolle moderne Einrichtung fällt einem die Decke auch bei Regen nicht auf den Kopf. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!!

I came ´home´ to Budapest, I was not a tourist, but I found this option good value for money at a central location. Brochures and leaflets were available on Budapest and Hungary in general. I appreciated most the wifi connection and the equipped kitchen. Even with a small child of 3 we stayed in comfort in the flat in better intimacy than in a hotel. I can only recommend such accommodation and service to others. Very helpful and attentive staff.
